چکیده
We present a complex study of the eclipsing binary system, AB Cas. The analysis whole TESS light curve, corrected for effects, reveals 112 significant frequency peaks with 17 independent signals. dominant $f_1 = $17.1564 d$^{-1}$ is radial fundamental mode. $O-C$ times minima from over 92 years leads to conclusion that due ongoing mass transfer system exhibits change orbital period at rate 0.03 s per year. In order find evolutionary models describing current stage Cas, we perform evolution computations. Our results show Cas as product rapid non-conservative about 5-26 % transferred lost system. This process heavily affected characteristics this and its components in past. fact, closely resembles formation scenarios EL CVn type binaries. For first time, demonstrate effect on pulsations determine lines constant HR diagram. From seismic modelling, obtain constraints various parameters. particular, constrain overshooting parameter, $f_{\rm ov}\in [0.010,~0.018]$, mixing-length $\alpha_{\rm MLT}\in[1.2,~1.5]$ age, $t \in [2.3,~3.4]$ Gyr.

Period change and δ Scuti pulsations of eclipsing binary star RZ Cassiopiae
RZ Cas is an Algol-type partial eclipsing binary, the secondary component of which has filled its Roche lobe. Its visual magnitude is 6.18 and its period is 1.195 days. The most important characteristics of RZ Cas are period change (due to mass transfer) and anomalies in the primary minimum of its light curve (due to δ Scuti pulsations). In this paper, light curves of RZ Cas are obtained using ...
متن کاملThe first high-amplitude δ Scuti star in an eclipsing binary system
We report the discovery of the first high-amplitude δ Scuti star in an eclipsing binary, which we have designated UNSW-V-500. The system is an Algol-type semi-detached eclipsing binary of maximum brightness V = 12.52 mag. A best-fitting solution to the binary light curve and two radial velocity curves is derived using the Wilson–Devinney code. We identify a late-A spectral-type primary componen...
متن کاملDetection of a classical δ Scuti star in the new eclipsing binary system HIP 7666
HIP 7666 is a variable star newly discovered during the Hipparcos mission and classified as of unknown type (ESA 1997). During 23 nights between July 2000 and November 2000, over 2300 CCD observations in the V band were obtained. These data show that the new variable is a detached eclipsing binary system with an orbital period of 2.37229 days. In addition, one of the components undergoes very s...

متن کاملAutomated analysis of eclipsing binary lightcurves with EBAS. II. Statistical analysis of OGLE LMC eclipsing binaries
In the first paper of this series we presented EBAS, a new fully automated algorithm to analyse the lightcurves of eclipsing binaries, based on the EBOP code. Here we apply the new algorithm to the whole sample of 2580 binaries found in the OGLE LMC photometric survey and derive the orbital elements for 1931 systems. To obtain the statistical properties of the short-period binaries of the LMC w...
